Our Vision

As an integral part of the local neighborhood and Pimeria Alta Academy, we will be a leading-edge library that empowers our learning community by providing quality resources, responsive services, and effective information literacy education.

OUR STUDENTS: This library exists not only to provide books and other media resources to our students at Pimeria Alta, but also to signal to them that they are valued and expected to achieve. The library will not only provide practical resources for learning and improving academic achievement, but by virtue of its very existence confirm to the students that they can learn and achieve and build better futures for themselves. The library strives to reinforce the idea that even though they are not enrolled in a traditional school environment, they are still entitled to access to high-quality, state-of-the-art instructional materials, equipment and teaching services.
